Xing Meng Xing Meng joined the NHC as finance director in July 2002. She holds a master's degree in professional accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Xing also is a certified public accountant. She was the internal auditor in the department of operations analysis at UNL for a year before starting with NHC. Before that, she was the accounting administrator at the Organic Crop Improvement Association.  Before moving to the United States, Xing was an international business sales representative with the Dantu Foreign Trade Corporation based in Jiangsu, China. A native of China, Xing is married to Kuiyi Xing, and they have a son named Jonathan.
